Bikini Body, Ready or Not Here We Come

For those of you fitness gurus that are craving that perfect bikini-ready body, I have found a workout routine that will do just the job and is very time-efficient. Now I don't know about you, but I have a hard time getting myself motivated to workout on my own. Aside from my expectations of being fit, healthy, and staying active, I can't really get a good workout in on my own without getting distracted. I do much better attending a yoga or barre class, or even just having someone coach or guide me. Fear not if you have this problem too, as this "Scientific 7- Minute Workout" is easy to follow along. This workout has been proven to target multiple muscles in a very timely manner, providing no time for distractions in this quick but totally worth it 7 minutes. It includes a very high level of intensity and it is completely based on science. Each exercise should be done for 30 second intervals with 10 second rest periods in between.
